Toolbar icons get distorted in Win8.1

Running our application in Win8.1, we came across this

Some of our icons got utterly distorted.

We are using PB 11.5 and .pbr

Have you come across such a thing yourselves?

Is there any remedy?

And BTW, is there a way to have toolbar with more height and bigger icons so that we can give a bit of a more contemporary look to our PB applications?
