Is anyone using the PB "Smart Client" Feature?

Hi everyone;

  I was curious to know if anyone is using the PowerBuilder SmartClient (aka MS-Click Once) technology feature? Of all my Canadian Federal government clients and some private ones - not one of them is using this deployment feature. So now I am wondering how other people have fared with the Smart Client feature in either PB Classic or PB.Net.
