powerbuilder version platform compatibility

Hi.

We have a customer who is using a PB9 version of our product.

They are running the product from a Windows 2003 server, but because support for W2003 is being Sunset, they want to move the product to a Windows 2008 or 2012 server.

Does anyone know where I might find a grid which details the platform compatibilities for different versions of PowerBuilder?
