Expose logic from one PowerBuilder application to another.

Dear Team

Can it be possible to expose any logic from an application which is developed using PowerBuilder 12.5 classic to other application which is also develop in PowerBuilder 12.5 technology without writing the duplicate code in other application. I want to mean something like webservice concept.

Because if I have write the same code in both the application then any changes will happen in this logic I have customize both the application which is not feasible from business perspective. 

Please help me regarding this.
