Migrating from PB 7 to PB 12.5.2

Iam convertingan applicationfromPB7toPB12.5.2 and this application usesDPBSERV(Distributed Powerbuilder Services)

It´s a cliente-server apllication.

The questionis: what isthe best wayto convert theapplication server?

In our testswe usewebservices (IIS)but performanceisvery poor, about 20timesslower.
