Increase pixel size and convert BMP to WSQ

Hello everyone,

I have a fingerprint reader by which get a BMP image of 416x416 pixels (maximum size that returns me), I use PowerBuilder Classic. What I want is to convert the image to 512x512 pixels but without distorting the quality, ie the sides fill in the missing pixels.

After converting to 512, the image must compress to WSQ.

Your help please:

1. Enlarge the image of 416-512 pixels.

2. compress the BMP to .WSQ
