PB12 Lic Err: The Sybase SySAM license was not validated.

We have a copy of Sybase12 installed on a Windows 7 machine. When I remote desktop onto this machine and open pb12, periodically, I will get the following error:

The Sybase SySAM license was not validated.
You will be given a chance to change the SYSAM license.

If I logon on physically on the machine and open PB12 there first, then remote desktop again from my laptop, I will be fine.

Please help why this is happening and how to make the message go away for good...
