There is a new version of Ghostscript 64bit, version 9.19 http://www.ghostscript.com/download/gsdnld.html We have use this in setting up our PB environment on Windows 10 and it was much simpler than the previous releases.
Just install the 64bit version of Ghostscript and then create your "Sybase datawindow PS" in the normal way. We actually use this code Topwiz Software - PrinterInstall from our application, all very simple.
There have been a number of posts on here on how to setup Ghostscript on windows 10 so I hope this helps.
