I know I should know this, but I am migrating existing webforms to a new server and the site opens in what appears to be a window instead of a tab with a message stating: A pop-up blocker is on. To view the Web page, turn off the pop-up blocker or click here.
I thought there was a deployment option for this, but...
a) I cannot find it.
b) I don't have the problem with the same project deployed to a different server.
Can someone kindly tell me what I have forgotten from some time ago?
