I think that ONE IDE for PowerBuilder 15 is the way to go.
The PB Classic IDE is somewhat outdates ( no proper intellisense, cannot open several functions of an object at the same time, ..)
The PB.NET IDE is missing functionnalities, and lost the ease of use ( all properties in one list, problems with SCC, ...) due to his hybrid nature.
SAP should choose the best, and enhance it.
This brings me to the point ; we are mainly using PB Classsic, but we also use PB.NET for WCF webservices development.
If PB Classic IDE is the winner (my preferred choice) , how can we be assured that all our developments in PB.NET will be supported ? what about the .net syntax in our code?
Thanks
