Calling user32.dll functions in 64 bit environment

Hi,

I saw in some websites in which declaration sybtax for using user32.dll functions in 64 bit environment in VBA. But I was not able to get the declaraton syntax for PowerBuilder. Can anyone help me in this regard giving the syntax? Any help is appreciated.
