Problem converting 2,000 PSR's to PDF

Hello,

I have a convert program that reads a psr and saveas pdf.

The program is unpredictable,  sometimes it converts 200, 300 and then I get a prompt from the Sybase Datawindow PS Document Properties, hitting OK will continue for another while converting until the next prompt pops and on.

Tried in different PC's, reloading ghostscript,  tried with Bullzip.

Any suggestions are very welcome.
